About Icosa

Icosa builds optimization infrastructure for next-generation AI pipelines. We help companies deploy highly specialized, high-performance language models—faster, cheaper, and with less compute. Our core technology enhances the "thinking" computation inside model pipelines by tuning both test-time parameters and foundational weights for each application.

Our origins lie in quantum computing and statistical physics. Our team of physicists and computer scientists developed Icosa's core scheduling and optimization techniques while studying combinatorial Ising machines and quantum-inspired algorithms. That background gives us a unique edge: we think of compute not just as resources—but as energy to be minimized and utilized optimally.
